One of the simplest types of centrifuge widely used in the industry. The solid material is scooped out manually from the top of the centrifuge.

One of the simplest types of centrifuge widely used in the industry. The solid material is scooped out manually from the top of the centrifuge.

Advantages:

• Manual removal of solids results in total protection of crystal structure.
• Extremely simple operation.
• Very low solids loss in filtrate.
• Distinct separation between mother liquor and crystal enable better product quality.

Features:

• Suspension / Mounting

o Standard 3 Pendulum Suspension
o Inertia Plate and Anti Vibration Mounts ( 4 Point Mounting ).

• Drive and Transmission :

o Mechanical clutch pulley
o Variable Frequency Drive (Inverter)
o Fluid Coupling
o Two Speed Motor
o Reverse Current Braking

• Optional Features

o Fully Opening Outer Case for better accessibility for cleaning and maintenance
o Full Lid opening for better accessibility for cleaning and maintenance
o cGMP Construction
o Nitrogen Blanketing
o Vibration Monitoring
o Zero Speed Interlock with Speed Indicator
o Cleaning in Place

Standard Feature

Leak Test as per Din 24 400 : Machine is tested at a pressure of 400 mbar and pressure drop is restricted to below 60mbar / hr.

Different Options

1. 3 Point Manual Top Discharge (SS)

2. 3 Point Manual Top Discharge (cGMP SS)

3. Halar Coated

4. 4 Point /cGMP with full lid open

5. Fully Open Outer Case/ 4 Point/cGMP

6. Fully Open Outer Case/ 4 Point/ High Speed cGMP
